SAMPLING

THE SEND is not a new organisation, but a movement. A collaboration of churches and organisations seeking to respond together to what God is doing among the next generation.

We believe that this is not the work of one church or organisation, but that we may carry it together. That is why several organisations cooperate as outcome partners to shape the follow-up so that what begins during THE SEND continues to grow. There is also an advisory board of leaders from all over the Netherlands who are involved with their wisdom and experience to strengthen this movement. During the coming time, this will become more visible step by step.

Collaboration is at the heart of THE SEND:

Local: During THE SEND Nights, we are building with several local churches.

Regional: THE SEND pre-gatherings are carried by and facilitated from one or more local churches.

National: On 24 October 2026, we will gather for the main event in Utrecht, preceded by THE SEND Week. There, we will work with churches in the city as well as with organisations committed to follow-up.

We look forward to what God is going to do. Together, from unity, we are building a movement that will have an impact nationwide and beyond.

Our dream is that every church would see their congregation activated to the fullness of their evangelistic and missional calling. If you are a pastor, we want to partner with your church to see impact across the nation. Some say that the Church is a sleeping giant, but we say it's God's engine for transformation and change worldwide; and it's greatest days are ahead.
